Oleg Chirita joined ICMPD in 2009, serving in various capacities. He is the Deputy Head of the ICMPD Mission in Brussels and the Head of ICMPD's Global Initiatives Unit. He holds a master’s in International Public Law and another in EU Migration Policy and Legislation. He works on a wide range of migration topics, such as legal and labour migration, migration policy, development, and diasporas.
