Jennifer Tangney joined ICMPD in 2020 as Senior Project Manager leading the implementation of the DG HOME funded Migration Partnership Facility (MPF) supporting the external dimension to the EU’s migration policy through a range of services including grants, technical assistance, knowledge management and dialogue. She has more than 20 years of experience working in EU-funded development cooperation, and spent 18 years working in a variety of African countries. She holds a PhD from the Centre for Peace and Development Studies in Ireland.
